I believe in coaching people, not their problems. You bring in your natural talents, strength, passion, and wisdom. I'll bring the curiosity, creativity, hard hitting questions, and the humor.
Sessions are a celebration of your whole, unedited self. Inclusive to all. Therapy-informed.
Before I was licensed as a clinical social worker, I became a coach. Before becoming a coach, I was a client with untapped potential and so many limiting beliefs shaped by the world around me. Learning to unlearn, unpack, and decolonizing my mindset changed the trajectory of my life.
In addition to my own individual work as a coach, I am also an Instructor for JRNI's Coaching Program and a mentor. Being equal parts science and magic, I work in the healing arts as a Psychotherapist and a Reiki Master.
"Aileen has been a huge piece of my success as a coach. She's always comfortable with the direction our sessions go, whether it's business based or if I just need time to vocalize my struggles. She's always checking in to make sure I'm on track, and helps me build creative ideas to amplify my impact in my own personal universe and my business as a coach. I highly trust her judgement and experience, and she just...gets me. She is an amazing mentor and coach."

"Aileen is a respected thought leader in the wellness industry, one whose voice and perspective I admire. When the chance to enter into a mentorship with her arose, it was an opportunity I wasn’t about to pass up. Under Aileen’s guidance I’ve grown immeasurably, both as a coach and emerging entrepreneur. She’s one of my most trusted guides: the voice of sanity when I need it, a collaborative partner to help continuously expand my coaching toolkit, and a sounding board for emerging challenges as they arise. High performers all have one thing in common: mentors. I know this, and I bet you do too. Committed to reaching the top of your game? Then consider working with Aileen. It’s an investment worth making.” -Chris C.
"I had been working with a therapist for a little over a year and while it helped me feel better, I felt like I needed more to help me get unstuck. After a few days of searching for a coach, I decided to reach out to Aileen is also a therapist who might understand how my mental health impacts my ability to get things done. She helped me get on track by encouraging me to believe in myself. Even on the days when things are hard, she inspires me to identify what's possible." -A.A.
