I am a life alignment, clarity, and transformational coach. I help people connect with their inner selves, be more centered, and embrace a more adaptive mindset. My experience as a learning experience designer, dream coach, davidji-certified advanced meditation teacher, and Veriditas-traiined labyrinth facilitator is woven into my work. I focus on positive psychology, brain science, symbolism, comparative religion, and ancient wisdom texts. I am devoted to creating rich personal experiences that foster clarity and alignment with one's highest self.

"I am very happy that I choose Alex as a coach. Initially, a friend of mine had recommended her. We focused on both, my work, and things that are personally important to me, one of them is my meditation practice. I really liked that Alex is incorporating mindfulness into her coaching. We would talk about which goals I had achieved in the past week, and I talked to her when I did not stay on track. In those cases, we would find out what’s behind those emotional roadblocks, and being mindful about these roadblocks was key in helping me move forward.
