I am a Life Coach certified through Lumia and am working toward my International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. I have completed the Yale Science of Well-Being coursework and am certified in Smart Recovery Training. I am also a Reiki Master Level practitioner. I hold an Industrial Engineering degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration. I use this wide variety of education, which has led to extensive life experiences, to deepen the coaching experience that I offer to my clients.

I am an empath by nature which has served me well in many instances, however, it has taken me decades to understand the importance of personal boundaries and the value of serving yourself as well as being of service to others.

Being coached and becoming a coach has helped me learn much more about myself, have patience with myself, trust and love myself, and enabled me to make decisions and take actions toward a more fulfilling life.

I coach people who are seeking growth, empowerment and are looking to deepen their understanding of themselves. Part of living my best life is being a coach – the kind of coach that makes a positive difference in the lives of others, their families, and the planet.
